the room was beautifully decorated with super clean features! i appreciated the crisp, clean bedding and super comfy mattress. the restaurant on the top floor offered great food. its location in the best part of the city was ideal!
The breakfast service was slow, and i had to wait quite a while to be served. The coffee was not offered promptly!

staff members were friendly and helpful! they looked after our luggage when we arrived early and explored nearby areas. they also provided a complimentary room upgrade, a wonderful surprise to start our anniversary celebration.

breakfast selections had great quality, with high-quality ingredients and perfect cooking! the restaurant's panoramic view offered amazing scenery over rooftops and spires. drinks at the rooftop bar during the evening were amazing, and the steak restaurant offered very nice food and service.

The location was superb. I easily walked to many attractions. the rooftop bar offered wonderful city views, even in the evening. the staff was helpful with directions, providing clear guidance (i found this useful).
the room lacked a full-length mirror, inconvenient when getting ready.

The room provided mineral water and elemis toiletries. there was a large bath in the middle of the room. It was a striking feature. the bed was comfortable and ensured a restful night.

The staff was friendly and accommodated many requests. They delivered extra glasses and mugs upon request. A water bowl was delivered for my dog, a thoughtful touch. The staff even brought champagne as a celebratory gesture.

i was so happy with the receptionist i spoke to. she helped me to book the restaurant reservation at six and spa treatments. we were advised we had a upgraded room. there was a adorable birthday treat for my love with a message for him.
the valet service was somewhat slow in bringing the car, i dont know where it had been taken to.

the hotel is situated perfectly. it is within a short walk to shops and just a short distance from punting. i could also walk to lively restaurants within a few minutes.

FANTASTIC stay
excellent mealshelpful staffspacious room
The room was spacious with Elemis bath products and Illy coffee. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere with a separate tub for evening soaks. The restaurant provided excellent meals, and the staff was helpful. IT was an enjoyable experience.
The parking arrangement was a little strange though getting to the hotel presented a minor challenge.

The hotel is within walking distance of shops and universities. It is approximately a 30-minute walk from the train station. Punting locations are only five minutes away. GREAT location, i must say!

Breakfast offered many choices and was good. The rooftop bar provided superb views. Six Restaurant served delicious meals. I enjoyed the culinary offerings available at this hotel.

The hotel provides valet parking for thirty pounds per day. There is a gym plus a spa available. The spa offers classes for hotel guests. IT is a facility i highly recommend.
